Real Estate Staging is the art of designing a property to show at it’s VERY BEST to get it sold faster, and for more money!
With a buyers eye we will go through and give a detailed assessment of what we feel is needed to most effectively market your property to connect emotionally with your target market, and stand out from the competition.
We will give you an objective, honest and expert analysis of what needs be done to make your home more appealing to buyers. Assessing things like color, furniture placement, use of art and accessories, we’ll help you make the most of your home’s visual and physical traffic flow.
We offer multi levels of staging and will make recommendations to you as to what level of staging we feel would best meet your individual needs. You can then decide whether you want to do it yourself or have us help.
RENTAL & VACATION PROPERTY STAGING
Renters are not unlike prospective home buyers. They access some of the same resources to find a property, and like buyers they make decisions based largely on emotion. Similar to the staging process used for selling a home, we’ll assess what’s needed to transform your rental or vacation property so it has those emotional connection points that appeal to the appropriate target audience and feels welcoming and up-to-date.
