We invite you to take advantage of our initial complimentary consultation for prospective clients. This is a time for us to meet and evaluate the scope of the project. We will then provide you with a proposal for the level of design service we offer which we feel would best meet your needs.
A Comprehensive Staging Consultation is available to home sellers who want a written step-by-step staging guide. This is a great confidence building tool for the seller who is interested in preparing their own home for resale. With their permission we will take digital pictures and notes of each room to assist us in compiling our report. We will then get back to you offering a detailed summary of each room or area, to include recommendations on curb appeal, WOW factors, memory points, furniture placement as well as recommended finish and color selections. It is then up to the seller to implement our recommendations as well as the purchasing of any suggested items to complete the staging process. This consultation is also available for both vacant and occupied homes, generally takes three to four hours to complete, with fees based on occupancy and size of property.
A Comprehensive Finish Consultation is available for Real Estate Investors who want to AFFORDABLY and QUICKLY improve the condition while updating the look and marketability of their REO, foreclosed and distressed properties. Our written report will include detailed specifications for the following: all exterior and interior color and surface selections, cabinetry, countertops, trims, finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, flooring recommendations etc. Working with your contractors or ours, we will facilitate design and demographic continuity from curb appeal to each area of the home to insure that your property favorably stands out from the competition.
