Hi . . . I’m Jeannene  Edwards,  professional interior designer, certified home stager, and owner of Interiors Defined, Inc.  Over the past several years my company has had the privilege of being recognized for successfully merchandising model home projects nationwide for many of the industries leading custom and production homebuilders.  In addition, we have staged hundreds of residential and commercial properties for resale, as well as designed and managed all sizes of partial and whole home or office remodels and renovations.

These projects were each designed to target a specific market.   Our goal was always the same . . . to create emotional connections, WOW factors, and great first impressions for the prospective buyer so they could easily visualize themself living or working there!  Our work has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in increased profitability and less time on the market for our clients.

David Edwards

David Edwards is a Central Florida Builder who joined Interiors Defined, Inc. in 2004.  He specializes in partial and whole home rerpair/upgrade renovations for REO’s, foreclosures and distressed properties.  With special attention toward detail, he has assembled a network of highly professional and experienced tradesman to meet all  residential and commercial building and renovation needs of our clients, regardless of the size of the project.

David B. Edwards is a Rollins College Graduate, Winter Park, Florida, completing his B.A in 1999 and M.A. in 2001.  He became a Florida State Certified General Contractor in 2002.  He is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Metro Orlando Homebuilder Association, and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Division of Central Florida.
